Cancellation Policy
To better serve our clients, if you
are unable to attend a pre-booked session the following applies;
Private Consultations we
require 12-hours notice for cancellation of appointments or there is a 50% charge per service.
Corporate
bookings we require 7 days prior notice for cancellation or amendments to a session. If less notice
is given Essence of Life reserves the right to charge the client 50% of the agreed rate as a late cancellation fee.
If less than 24 hours are given, Essence of Life reserves the right to invoice the client in full.
